In its third gas turbine development (G3) Power Plant Dunamenti, through the engineering office Tractebel Engineering Bruxelles has issued an invitation to tender for the building of a new gas receiving station.
Both design and execution will be made by Kraftszer Ltd. as Main Contractor. The new gas receiving station will not only supply the planned G3-block with gas (80,500 Nm3/h) but it will ensure fuel for the existing F unit boilers as well (220,000 Nm3/h). The station has also to be able to receive natural gas of lower pressure therefore a pressure booster gas compressor will be installed so that gas turbine can receive gas of higher pressure whenever necessary. Deadline of the investment is 2nd quarter 2011.
