HANKOOK Tire Europe Plant - Dunaújváros, Hungary technological installation of the exhausted gas cleaner

The extraction of the environmental armful chemicals that arose as a result during the operation of the new branch of Hakook Tire at Dunaújváros; with modern VOC technology, according to European Union standards.

Content:

Production of the technological cleaner system for the exhausted gas, installation of the pipelines and ventilation system, energy supply, establishing and licensing electrical and I&C systems, control measuring and the commissioning of the system.

Scope of supply:

Preparing licensing plans; production and installation of the equipments; implementation of the technological pipelines and air-ducts with fittings, insulation, aluminium sheet overlay; installation of the gas reducing station and gas flames; gas and pipeline system with fittings, fixing the whole gas cleaner unit to a steel frame and lifting the system 34 meters high onto the rooftop of the factory. Instrumentation; setting up impulse pipeline, water and canal, electrical and instrumental installations, commissioning the systems.

The gas cleaner system will ensure the mass reduction of the environmental harmful chemicals at Hankook Tire Dunaújváros Plant and this will make the tire production an environment-friendly technology in the future.
