In line with global trends, industrial investments related to electromobility have become a significant market segment in Hungary. CATL, a leading company in innovative energy technologies, is building Europe's largest battery factory in Debrecen. Our company has been honored to participate in the implementation of the investment as the main contractor and direct partner of CATL. We undertook the design, construction, mechanical, electrical, and control engineering tasks involved in the construction of the systems for receiving, storing, and dispensing electrolytic fluids. A fundamental element of Kraftszer's new business policy is to provide a full range of services in the implementation of industrial investments, and this project in Debrecen is a good example of this.

As a result of reorganization within the group, the Kraftszer export division was established under the leadership of Director Dávid Juhász. The division complements Kraftszer's existing general contracting practice with its own physical capacity, direct mechanical installation and specialist industrial capabilities, primarily in Western Europe (Benelux, Germany, Scandinavia).As a further element of the reorganization, Kraftszer supervises the group's Dutch joint venture, Kraft-Europe. Kraftszer and Kraft-Europe will continue to work more closely together, striving to exploit the opportunities inherent in coordinating the engineering capabilities of the two companies.

EVE Power plans to supply the neighboring BMW factory with new-generation cylindrical lithium-ion batteries from its plant in Debrecen, which will have a capacity of 30 GWh/year. The investor has signed a main contractor agreement with Kraftszer for the construction of the plant's boiler system and heat transfer oil and steam pipeline system. The contract includes the installation of electrical and control systems and the performance of certain design tasks.We are delighted to be partners with CATL, as well as EVE Power. This means that we are simultaneously present as the main contractor in not only the Debrecen region, but also in perhaps the three largest priority industrial investments in the country.

We are proud to announce that as a result of our expertise and professional work, our company was selected and contracted to prepare the construction permit plans of the biomass-fuelled heating plant with a capacity of 8MWe to be constructed at the Szolnok site of Drenik Hungary Kft.

Our project, which also serves security of supply and environmental protection functions and is classified as a project of special significance for the national economy, has reached an important milestone. We considered this phase of the development project a great challenge as this was one of the most spectacular phases and it was among those requiring the most technical expertise; therefore, we are pleased to announce that the construction of the flue stack intended to remove the flue gases generated in the biomass-fired heating plant with a capacity of 5 MW + 2x20 MW has been completed.

Almost a year ago, we reported on a major environmental and urban development contract awarded to us, which was implemented with funding from BKM Budapesti Közművek Nonprofit Zrt. FŐTÁV District Heating Division and from the KEHOP operational programme. We are proud to have been part of a programme dedicated to the improvement of air quality in the centre of Budapest, joining a process that will also contribute to improving the quality of life in our Capital City.
