Last year was topped by a great honour and a real professional success when Kraft FM Kft., a member of our Group, was awarded a 5-year contract for the full technical operation of an internationally renowned factory in Debrecen. But the success didn't end there - at the end of a multi-round tender process, the Kraft Group was awarded another contract, when Kraftszer Kft. was commissioned to construct a key service unit at the Debrecen plant.

We are proud to be part of another environmental project supported by the Hungarian government. We are performing piping, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation work at Huntsman Corporation Performance Production's expanding manufacturing plant in Pétfürdő, within the framework of a new capacity expansion project based on environmentally friendly technology. 

We are delighted to be able to contribute to the air quality improvement programme in the centre of Budapest by raising the standard of the district heating pipe network. As a partner of Municipal Public Services (former FŐTÁV zRt) , our company, is performing the development works of the district heating network in Apáczai Csere János street and the section between the Erzsébet bridge and the Dorottya Hotel, which started in June 2022.

We are proud that we can contribute to the implementation of a project that is highly significant from the point of view of the national economy as well by constructing a comprehensive technological system. This development project, which serves security of supply and environmental protection purposes as well, enables not only the flexible use of renewable energy sources in the region but also creates an opportunity to operate both new and existing heat sources in an economically optimised manner. 

I am proud to share the news that our company entered into a long-term cooperation agreement with the multinational Energy Technology company Baker Hughes (BKR) in October. Accordingly, Baker Hughes Energy Services LLC has selected Kraftszer Vállalkozási Kft. (KR)  as an Authorized Value Added Reseller (VAR) partner for the sale & installation of advanced power generation equipment and related applications / services of its turbomachinery equipment in Hungary.

In 2020, our company started the design and construction works of the mechanical systems of the production plant in Cegléd, a well-known multinational semiconductor manufacturing company with a German background. The investment is also significant on an international scale considering the value of HUF 32 billion and is closely relating to the dynamically rising electromobility trend. The plant under construction will produce semiconductor modules for installation in inverters of electric and hybrid vehicles.

According to an earlier agreement, the construction works of the citric acid production factory in Szolnok started in April this year. The project company named BBCA Szolnok Biokémia Zrt. is responsible for the implementation of the project, which is 51 percent owned by the world's largest citric acid producer. Chinese partner will provide the project technology and export biochemical equipment.

Kraftszer Kft. contributes with joint work as well as by the development of district heating lines, connections and pits to the HUF multi-billion environmental investment project that was launched by FŐTÁV Zrt. in 2018 at Elizabeth Bridge. As a part of the construction of the Budapest ‘heat ring’ of district heating, known as the 'chimney-free city’ development program, the district heating service provider develops the opportunity to connect environment friendly district heating to buildings in the City Center of Budapest, as a result of which the air quality of Budapest will be greatly improved.

The Association of Hungarian District Heating Enterprises organized its 19th District Heating Conference and Expo in the spring of this year. Its theme was District Heating: a Green Way to the Future. This year was extraordinary for us, not just because environmental protection plays a primary role among our company’s fundamental values, but also because at the conference one of our young colleagues, László Gergely, received the professional recognition called dr. Gergely Büki The Promise of District Heating Award. CONGRATULATIONS!
