Description of the establishment :
BC Co. has expanded its steam producing and distributive capacity to supply steam for its newly built factories. The reconstruction of the factory section Steam-I and the connection to the source site will result in a new, 160 t/h distributive capacity, which will supply the main producing areas together with Steam-III factory section on the plants nr. 1 and 3. Implementation - Establishment of a steam collecting system on the high pressure steam collector next to the boiler for collecting the steam coming from BC power plant (50 t/h) and the newly built 110 t/h capacity natural gas/fuel–burning boiler (30 barg, 370°C fresh steam product) Installation of the steam pipeline system from the steam distribution until the steam receive station next to the factory section Steam-III with pipe bridges and fittings (app. 1200 meter long with 4 parallel pipelines) Installation of steam receiver/reducing and steam distribution system in the factory section Steam-III Installation of the whole steam distribution pipeline system that reaches the consumers, with pipe bridges and fittings Installation of auxiliary system (unloading, deaerator and silencer system)
