Preparing licensing plans, installation of technological equipment, implementation of technological pipelines with fittings, implementation of steam-condense system with fittings, insulation, PVC/aluminium sheet overlay, implementation of condensed air system, installation of auxiliary system.
Description of the establishment:
The tyre manufacturing capacity of the factory is remarkable at a European level as well. We have built in technological pipelines from size NA15 to NA800 at a length of 80 000 meters so that the factory can operate without rebuke. The factory purchases only the water, the gas and electrical energy and the raw material for the tyre manufacturing operation, whereas the complicated operation is guaranteed by the inner energy supply systems.
The factory also has got own condensed air network and cooling/heating system. Besides the main manufacturing hall of the manufactory modern blocks of high standard were established so that both the attendance of the production and the effective work can be fulfilled properly.
