Tasks:
Technological assembly of machine arrays H1, H2, H3, H4 to be installed in factory building no. I of the diesel particles filter factory, including connections. Assembly of mechanical pipelines and air engineering exhaust systems and dust separators; commissioning of machine arrays H3 and H4.

Scope of supply:
Installation and assembly of industrial cooling system and the units thereof, including connection to machinery. Construction of argon and N2 pipelines for machine array industrial water. Assembly of the plant process exhaust system and dust extraction system, including the installation of AAF type dust separators for production lines H3, H4.
The factory’s compressed air demand is met by 7 high-output air compressors, the installation of which and the configuration of the compressed air system were also in scope for the job.
Characteristics of the facility:
The investor installed high-output robot production lines at the factory for manufacturing diesel vehicle catalytic converter filters, pursuant to state-of-the-art technology recognised worldwide. We had to implement the cooling water demand, compressed air demand, other auxiliary gas (Ar, H2) demand of the said production lines, along with correctly adjustable exhaustion and dust extraction to provide a clean environment for precision machinery. All this was implemented at a standard ensuring that the industrial area remains completely environmentally friendly, which means that the environment was not damaged at all. Equipment and the production lines are operating in a regulated manner, running an automatic cycle, but subject to human supervision.
