Tasks:
Installation of equipments, machines are necessary for production of heating, cooling, electrical energy and two pressure level compessed air, technological an HVAC piping, electrical installation, C&I installation and full construction of the building.

Scope of supply:
Turnkey construction of light steel structure, precasted and monolith reinforced steel building, with the acquirance of Certificate of Occupancy. Procurement and installation of technological equipments, mechanical-, electrical-, C&I installation of technological systems together with installation, painting and insulation of auxiliary systems.
Scope of supply includes also the erection designs of mechanical, electrical, C&I areas.
The implementation started from the takeover of plain site and ended with the acquirance of Certificate of Occupance and the regulation of the operating system.
Description of facility:
The building is named HKS, the energy central is the place of energy production, that necessary for the operation of Kecskemét, Mercedes Car Production Facility. In this building is produced heating-, cooling-, electrical energy, two pressure level compressed air. Offices, social blocks and workshop had to be implemented in the main building of energy central. The safe and continuous operation of energy central, it has a diesel emergency generator and fire fighting system.
