The scope of supply:
Authorization and final construction partial designs, authority permission, delivery, assemly and commissioning of all the auxiliary equipments needed for the operation of special combustor chamber burned boiler and thermal afterburner equipment.
MAIN EQUIPMENTS:
1 piece of KEU type with 76.000 Nm3/hour output thermal afterburner equipment, reaction chamber, outlet air ventillation fan, heat exchanger boiler with district water system, smokestack with stay-frame, accessories, pipes with heat isolation, automatation elements, supervision system.
Description:
The thermal afterburner equipment ensures the dissolvent components taking out from the plant and the observance of the enviromental protection emission prescriptions by the thermal treatment of the dissolvent air. The burning of the residual gases takes place in the combustor. Its structure ensures the fine burnout of the organic contaminations from the residual gases. The maximum mass flow is 76.000 m3/hour. The heat content of the outgoing exhaust gas from the thermal afterburning equipment is consumed to produce overheated steam in the heat exchanger boiler. The cooled down exhaust gases leave through the smokestack.
