Tasks:

Feeding of wood chips and energy cane at specific capacity, subject to the boiler’s different operating conditions.

The scope of supply ranged from conveyor belts no. 5/a and 5/b along the main power plant coal supply route – conversion of the discharge chute to a switch-plate chute – to the four feed chunks located on the side wall of the boiler. A new silo feeder, rubber belt conveyor with permanent rotational speed, a daily storage silo with 300 m3 useful volume and a rotary spreader and a discharge conveyor, and two chain scraper conveyor belts with frequency changer, and a permanent-speed weighing belt with electronic belt scale calibrated by the OMH [National Office of Measures, Hungary] were installed in the system.

The task of our Company was to implement the entire architectural, mechanical engineering, I&C and electric power transmission jobs in the project.
